I had Leanne walk through a property of mine. We were just beginning the demo phase. She gave me several good ideas that I wouldn't have thought of that made a big difference in the final product. Definitely worth the money for those ideas and made my property stand out from others.

EXTERIOR VISUAL : 'THE FACELIFT' - when you are ready for a big change...lighting, paint, additional finishes like wood or stone, change of windows...anything that will change your home to a look you love. This is a great resource when getting bids from contractors. I picture is worth a thousand words.
EXTERIOR VISUAL : 'JUST MAKEUP - if you like everything about your exterior but you are just ready for a change with different paint colors then this is the option for you. I can change 2 colors, like the base color and the trim, or the base color and the shutters. Have you ever seen some paint color combinations on a brochure and wondered what it would look like on your house? This service can do that for you.
THE PHOTO OF YOUR HOME - This service is done all online so the photo you provide is extremely important. This is a very important step on your part. The end result is only as good as the photo available. You can use your smart phone. Be sure to snap a picture that is straight and level. Give a few different options with the entire house and some zoomed in on areas so I understand the details. Take a shot that is close enough to minimize neighboring properties.
'The FACELIFT'
- This is an online service so I won't need to visit your home
- This service is for a 2D single view. If you want a view of the front and a view of the back, that is 2 different projects
- After you have contacted me, I will email you an invoice with a small questionnaire and a place to upload some inspirational images as well as photos of your home
- After we have decided the best photo of your home and understand of what you want, I will begin the process
- In 3-4 business days you will recieve the initial rendering.
- I will provide you with one initial rendering
- Includes 2 minor revisions
- We should be able to work things out in 1-2 revisions
- You will receive a .PDF of the final design
- I provide the name & color codes for Sherwin Williams paint
- This service is $275 (and oversized project might be more)
